In-office, masks are now welcome but not required. We are happy to wear a mask upon request. We also have air filtration and use frequent sanitization methods.

We are very well trained and experienced! We have each worked with literally hundreds of babies, with a huge variety of cases and needs.

Our visits are about 1.5 hours. We are happy to give this time to get a complete understanding of your feeding needs.

We offer our Breastfeeding Cafe on Fridays for you. This drop-in group is free of charge and helps us keep in touch while you meet other parents and babies.

We are good at what we do! We can help resolve a wide variety of issues, and we truly love our work.
We Can Help You Resolve:
- Sore nipples and/or breasts
- Latching and positioning issues
- Babies who can’t latch or transfer milk well
- Worries about your breastmilk supply
- Preterm babies
- Twins / multiples
- Bottle feeding
- Returning to work
- Weaning or reducing breastfeeding, whenever that is right for you
- Using formula in the healthiest way possible
- Preparing for phases like adding solid foods, feeding after 6 months, and after 1 year
- Pretty much anything else you can think of about lactation and/or infant feeding!
Your Private Consultation Includes:
Compassionate, respectful, and knowledgable care
- Thorough evaluation of feeding
- Pre- and post-feed weights to determine milk transfer during feed
- Medical history of parent and baby
- Physical exam of the baby
- Pump check, flange sizing, tips on making pumping effective and efficient
- Custom written care plan including resources and referrals
- If not approved for no-cost consults: an insurance receipt for you to submit for possible reimbursement
- Follow-up support
Fees
If we are able to, we will bill your insurance directly, with no out-of-pocket cost for you. Fill out the form here to find out if this is option for you.
If your insurance is not approved an initial consultation is $170. We will provide a coded receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
An initial consultation will take about 1.5 hours to get a complete understanding of your needs.
Please bring your breast pump and anything else you might want or need. Don’t forget a support person if possible.

Most of our appointments are in our office, or virtually via video conference. We may be able to travel to you, for an additional travel fee. Please reach out to ask about availability.
