Billing and Fees

Most of our clients qualify for direct insurance billing via The Lactation Network, with no out-of-pocket cost to you.

If your insurance plan is NOT approved, it doesn't mean you have no coverage for lactation services. Instead, you will pay upfront, and we provide you a coded receipt for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement request.

Out-of-pocket costs:

Initial consultation with baby* - $170
Prenatal appointment - $110
Follow-up appointments (including milestones) - $110

Travel fee for in-home visits - Please reach out with your location and to ask about availability. Additional travel fee starts at $80, this is not covered by insurance.

*For twins/multiples - Initial consultation cost is $220. For follow-up appointments, we'll discuss if there is an additional fee above $110 based on your needs.
