In December 2024, Jessica led this presentation at the Ann Arbor District Library on
“Infant Feeding Must-Knows: Breastfeeding and Bottle Feeding Essentials”
Description: Whether you plan to breast/chest-feed, bottle feed, or a combination of both, come learn important information from infant feeding experts. This session is designed especially for pregnant and expecting families, but those with newborns are welcome, too! We’ll cover how much your baby should actually eat at different ages, how to know they are getting enough, and explore healthy feeding techniques. We’ll also discuss ways to prevent common issues such as pain or low milk supply when breastfeeding, gassy/fussy babies when using bottles, and more!
