Billing and Fees
Insurance Coverage
We currently accept insurance plans from:
Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem, Cigna and United Healthcare
For the above plans, we will take your insurance card/plan information (for both the lactating parent and baby), and there is no cost to you for appointments.
Note for United Healthcare insurance customers: Go here to enter your insurance info and confirm if your insurance plan qualifies for free appointments with us.
For other plans:
You will pay us at the time of service, and we provide will you a coded receipt for you to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement request.
We can accept FSA/HSA cards for any services.
Out-of-pocket costs:

- Initial consultation with baby* (90-120 min) - $185
- Follow-up appointments (60-90 min) - $125
- Prenatal course or appointment - $125
- Milestone consults (2 months+, 30-45 min planning conversations) - $65
4th Appointment Discount - After 3 appointments, the 4th consultation will be 50% off ($65)
*For twins/multiples - Initial consultation cost is $250. For follow-up appointments, we'll discuss if there is an additional fee based on your needs.
Sliding Scale Option: Anyone is welcome to use this option any time for lower out-of-pocket costs
We are happy to provide a Sliding Scale for lower-cost consultation fees, so all families can receive quality lactation and feeding support without financial stress. Travel fee for in-home visits - Please reach out with your location and to ask about availability. Additional travel fee starts at $80, this is not covered by insurance or FSA/HSA accounts.
Cancellation/rescheduling fee: $30 if less than 24 hours notice (This is not covered by insurance.)
